221B Sheepdogs - The Silent Guardians

So it is for these Sheepdogs, along with our brave police officers, that we are embarking on this mission. The mission to better equip the Sheepdogs among us with the training, information and equipment they want, need and desire to be better prepared for when evil (the wolf) strikes.

Sadly, many outlets and platforms do not support this kind of information. Some view it as violent and unnecessary. And because of their personal beliefs and stance (and other societal and political factors), they block, remove or otherwise limit the view and/or discovery of such content.

Therefore, the 221B Sheepdog Nexus will be owned, operated and housed exclusively by us. Members only will be granted exclusive access to this content. This will include original 221B content as well as carefully curated content from across the globe by some of the best in the business.

  • I did 100 push-ups a day for 30 days during the Coronavirus quarantine...here's what happened!
    April 23, 2020

I did 100 push-ups a day for 30 days during the Coronavirus quarantine...here's what happened!

Guys, if you're looking to get bigger arms, a bigger, more defined chest (not man boobs or moobs), lean out and get stronger...read on. After doing 100 push-ups a day for three weeks straight I no longer needed to break up my one hundred pushups into 4 sets of 25. I was now easily able to do 50 push ups in a row. And when I say push ups, I mean real push ups that would count in the military; all the way down until my chest was approximately 2-3 inches off the ground and all the way back up until my arms were completely locked out.

What was truly incredible was that when I started on this little mission, my chest would start burning and my arms would give out by 25-30 push-ups. And truth be told, they were not the most kosher pushups if you know what I mean. At times my butt would sag. At others my butt was up in the air. Often times my chest was 8-10 inches off the ground. And rarely did my arms lock out fully at the top of the push up.

But now, just 3 weeks into doing 100 pushups a day, I was able to bang out 50 clean push-ups in a row. In fact, when I pushed myself, I as able to pump out 55-56 clean push-ups in one shot.

Police Officer Invents Anti-Bacterial Base Layer Shirt To Wear Beneath Body Armor With A Hidden Benefit For Those With Tattoos and In BJJ

Their flagship piece of gear, The Maxx-Dri Vest for body armor ventilation, cooling and comfort was, like all of their gear, invented and designed by Madhavan himself. The Maxx-Dri Vest is a breathable cooling vest worn beneath body armor which allows excess heat and moisture to escape while allowing cooler, fresh air in. It offers 360° ventilation, meaning you get that cool rush of fresh, clean air around your entire body; everywhere your body armor covers. And now they've launched an anti-bacterial base layer shirt to help those suffering from itch, rash, skin infections and odor.

The Top 5 At Home Exercises You Should Be Doing Every Day On Quarantine For The COVID-19 Coronavirus

There are two types of people in this world. Those who will come out of this quarantine a complete mess. And those who will come out of it in BETTER shape than they went in. If you're reading this, you already know which one you're going to be.

What people need to be doing in times like this is getting into a routine. Doing so will not only keep you from going backwards but also help propel you forward. That is how you come out of a situation like this ahead of the game rather than behind the eight-ball.

That said, here is the exact routine I've been sharing with the first responders who have been reaching out to me about how to stay in shape during this time when gyms are closed. This routine coupled with relatively healthy eating and intermittent fasting will transform your body and mind during this global pandemic. I'll get into the proper way to eat during these crazy times for maximum physical and mental growth in a later blog.
