The Best Keto Recipe You Haven't Tried Yet - Keto Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Recipes 2020

Let's face it, maintaining the Ketogenic Diet to burn more fat and lose weight fast is not easy over the long haul. But everyone knows that if you stick to it, you will burn fat faster then ever and you are almost guaranteed to lose weight. And with beach/bikini season right around the corner, now it the time to start getting back on track for 2020.

If you're looking to change things up a bit while stuck eating at home during this novel Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, here is a killer Keto pizza recipe you gotta try out. This is one of my favorite go-to Keto meals that's fast and inexpensive. You can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Add what you like. Take away what you don't like. But try it as-is at first; you will not be disappointed. 

Here are the ingredients you'll need:
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
8 slices Pepperoni
1/4 cup Ricotta
1/8 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt


Here's how you make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray 5×9 loaf pan (glass or metal) with non-stick spray

Chop up 1 tbsp of butter and place along the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the bottom, spreading evenly.

Crack 3 eggs on top of the sauce (in a row, not on top of each other)

Add in ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

Season with salt and Italian seasoning (I add extra oregano)

Top with pepperoni. (NOTE: For a no-meat option, can also top with your favorite veggie like broccoli.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Then turn the oven to broil and broil for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is turning golden brown. If you see it bubbling, it's ready.

Let it cool down a bit (you're gonna want to dive right into it...it's smells so good) and then enjoy.
